I’m bringing back the Sunday Snapshot post this year too. Here’s this week’s pic taken late on Friday afternoon, up in the Keitt mango orchard here at Blue Sky Produce. Matt was sweeping up excess, unused crates along to the next row, ahead of the pickers. I’m posting this photo of my farmer boy in honour of Valentines day.
This man has amazed me with what he has learnt and taken on in the last few years. He works harder and tougher than anybody I know and still makes time when he can to change a nappy, clean up the kitchen or play with the kids. I’m very proud of my Farmer Boy and we are super lucky to have him – I can honestly say that love sure does grow with the years! We don’t ‘do’ Valentines Day, so this is as good as it gets – love you Matt xoxo.
I hope everybody else had a great weekend – I am feeling ripped off that our predicted downpour never happened – I miss the rain!! We had sun shiny, blue skies here at the farm for most of the weekend – gah! Is it possible to get depressed from too much sunshine?? I want a week of gloomy, rainy, cold days to cheer me up!
